Washington State School Discipline Appeal Training: Part Two

TeamChild is sharing how to prepare, argue, and win a school discipline appeal hearing. The second part will be a discipline hearing workshop where you can practice being a parent/advocate in a virtual staged discipline hearing.

TeamChild staff will partner with all participants to prepare for your role in the practice hearing and help everyone learn how to be a strong advocate. We will use a pretend scenario as an example of a discipline incident. The purpose of this training is for TeamChild to share information and work with all of the attendees to get involved and put the learning into practice.
