Our Work
South King County Discipline Coalition empowers youth and families through advocacy, education, and community-building. Their work takes an intergenerational approach, creating spaces that center Black cultural values while addressing systemic disparities in education. Through trainings and programs, SKCDC equips families with the knowledge and tools to navigate school systems, advocate for policy change, and foster literacy and learning. These efforts strengthen community connections, promote healing, and ensure families have access to the resources needed to thrive. By uplifting cultural awareness and empowerment, SKCDC works to create lasting change for future generations.
